Katakura Kan

Built by the Katakura family as a social hub during the silk industry boom, this elegant bathhouse is now a National Important Cultural Property. Its famous "Sennin-buro"—a vast 1.1-meter-deep bath that fits 100 people—retains its original charm. Stained glass and antique décor create a romantic atmosphere, making it a must-visit spot for both locals and tourists.

Suwakko land

Suwakko Land is a lakeside health and fitness facility featuring natural hot spring baths, a heated pool, gym, and more. Perfect for both exercise and relaxation, it's a great stop for travelers seeking a local wellness experience.

Lakeside Park Footbath

Relax your feet while enjoying stunning views of Lake Suwa and the majestic Northern and Southern Alps. This spacious open-air foot bath can seat around 40 people at once. Right nearby, you’ll find the Nature Walk Path, designed to gently stimulate pressure points on the soles of your feet.

Kamisuwa Station Footbath
